Dear TecumsehPower Service Provider.

Please be advised that based on the sale of certain assets of TecumsehPower Company, effective May 22, 2009 warranty claims for both engines and transmissions will no longer be accepted by TecumsehPower International.

All warranty claims from that date forward must be submitted to the respective addresses below. Please be advised both of these companies will only accept warranty claims submitted on the OPEESA 157-R claim form. Any changes to current TecumsehPower warranty policy will be communicated by these companies in the near future.
